I agree with the last post their service including customer service did USED to be nice and even amazing. I had'nt seen them for 16 months, a long time to be sure, but when I went back in their office a few days ago I was spoken to like they had no interest in getting me what I needed. Both Chris and Patty were rude, granted they're more busy now, but she kept telling me I wouldn't be seen for fitting for glasses, said I can come in but I will probably have a big wait because they're seeing patients. I reminded her that I am a patient, too. Didn't make any difference, she obviously felt my needs were either a waste of time, or no longer important since it's already been 16 months since I walked in. Unlike some years ago, the staff was eager to answer questions and made me feel they wanted my business. I turned to leave, but turned back to ask the young man (Chris?) if I actually could make an appointment, something it seems Patty should have helped me with. He made an appointment for 1 1/2 weeks from now. Made a face and acted very defensive when I asked if he could make an appointment. Unsurprisingly I'm going to look for a nicer and better place to buy my glasses. I still very much like Dr. Van Dusen, but I don't like his new staff.
